Dream Together Scholarship Required Documents
- Application Form (Form 1)
- Personal Statement and Study Plan (Form 2)
- Two Letters of Recommendation (Form 3) from your professors and/or employers
- Official Bachelor’s (Undergraduate Studies) Transcript (in English)
- Official Bachelor’s Certificate of Graduation (in English)
- Copy of the applicant’s passport (or other official document indicating the applicant’s nationality)
- Copies of both parents’ passports (or other official documents indicating parents’ nationality)
- Official document indicating the parent-child relationship between the applicant and his/her parents (Applicant’s Birth Certificate or Household Register proving the parent-child relationship)
- Proof of English Proficiency: A score report of a recognized English proficiency test (TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, TEPS 298 or higher), or any other official documents indicating proof of English proficiency (e.g., School profile/medium of instruction letter; if fully taught in English) (*) TOEFL ITP not acceptable.
- Curriculum Vitae (must clearly state current and/or previous position and affiliation)
- Certificate of Employment (Certificates from current and/or all previous jobs must be submitted)
- Supplementary Material (Awards, Scholarships, Proof of Language Proficiency except English, etc.) – Optional
- Explanatory Statement (if an applicant needs to provide additional documentary evidence for his/her eligibility for Admissions) – if applicable
- Checklist (Form 0)

- All documents must be presented in English. In case they are in any other language, a notarized/certified translation conducted by a public notary in the country of origin for the document is required.
- The admission office strictly disallows documents that are not in English. Additionally, (colored) copies of the documents are not permissible; documents must be either original or validated/attested copies.

How to Apply for the Dream Together Scholarship:
- Complete forms 1~3.
- Ensure that all additional documents are originals (or notarized/certified copies) and translated into English or Korean.
- Place the application checklist in front of the application packet, and arrange the application materials in the order listed on the checklist.
- Scan the package and send it to [email protected].
- The e-mail subject line should be: “Nationality – Last name, First name” For example: Korea – Kim, ChulSoo
- Your electronic submission of documents will be reviewed for any missing or incomplete information or forms, and feedback will be provided.
- After receiving a final confirmation e-mail, mail the original hard-copy documents by post to: Division of Global Sport Management Talent Development Building 153, Room 316 Seoul National University 1 Gwanak-ro, Gwanak-gu Seoul, KOREA, 08826
- Original documents should be submitted. However, if they are unavailable, copies must be authorized by the issuing institution or notarized by a public notary in the country where the document was issued. Colored photocopies of documents are not acceptable.
- Documents in languages other than Korean or English must be notarized and translated into English or Korean. Notarization must be done in the country where the document was issued.
- The documents MUST ARRIVE by the DEADLINE (Korean Standard Time) at the program office.
- The admission staff reserves the right to require additional documents from the applicant, should there be a need to clarify eligibility or verify the authenticity of submitted materials.
